According to the Daily Star, Dr. Michael Moseley of the TV show "This Morning" said that people who want to lose belly fat should eliminate sugar from their diet.

Dr. Michael said that if you do not eliminate sugar from your diet, you will not be able to achieve significant success in reducing belly fat. There are many types of drinks and snacks in the market called 'diet foods'.
