Who doesn't like shiny teeth and the yellowness on them becomes a disfigurement to the face? Of course, you brush your teeth once or twice a day to keep them clean, but still, the natural whiteness doesn't return?
If that's the case, then a few simple things recommended by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry can brighten your smile or make your teeth sparkle.
Baking soda and lemon juice paste:
Can lemons make your teeth glow? The short answer is yes. Lemons contain a lot of citric acids, which can act as a natural agent for cleaning teeth.
Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice with an appropriate amount of baking soda to make a paste and brush with it.
coal:
Charcoal is formed by the interaction of oxygen and calcium chloride and helps in effective teeth cleaning. I use a toothbrush and then brush my teeth, as usual, to remove stains from the teeth.
Malt husk:
Rubbing the brown part of the malted peel on the teeth is a natural way to brighten them, the white part of the peel is rich in a component that acts as a cleanser and is also used in many dental cleaning products. And yes, this peel is not acidic, so its use is not harmful.
Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar has many medical benefits, but most people don't know that it can also be used to whiten teeth. Try brushing your teeth with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
Sea Salt and Baking Soda:
Baking soda is available in every home and it is also considered a natural remedy for cleaning the teeth, but the addition of sea salt in it makes the soda antiseptic, which kills the bacteria by eliminating the acidity in the mouth.
Turmeric:
If you use turmeric in food, know that this spice, which is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and rich in antioxidants, can help treat common dental problems such as gum disease.
It works by removing stains on the surface and whitening them. Rub a teaspoon of turmeric on the teeth with the help of a finger and then brush it clean.
Coconut oil:
Keep coconut oil in your mouth for a few minutes and rinse like you would a mouthwash, this oil can naturally brighten teeth and it also reduces the risk of gum disease by reducing the bacteria on the teeth.
