Stand straight and spread both feet about a foot apart. Raise the arms up and then touch the ground between the feet with the hands bent down. The knees should not bend. Then come back up to the first position. Do this exercise three to nine times.

Kneeling

Stand up straight. The feet are found. Arms are by the side. Pull the left knee towards the body by grasping it with both hands as much as possible above and close to the knee. During this time the torso remained straight. After placing this leg down, lift the right knee up and pull it towards the body. Keep lifting in the same way. Count one exercise as you lift the right knee after the left. Do this exercise four to six times.

Running Jumping

Stand up straight. Keep your arms by your side. Run standing in place. Bring the knee forward while running. Move the arm as well. Count one step every time the left foot touches the ground. Jump the ball after every fifty steps. Do this exercise twenty to forty times in three minutes. To jump the ball, stand up straight, jump on both feet and land on your toes. Bounce like this again and again.
