The same results can be obtained. According to The Sun, Dr. Ayesha Iqbal says that these are exercises that you can do at home at any time. It can even be done at night before going to bed.
Dr. Ayesha said that three exercises should be done regularly to reduce belly fat and build packs. These three exercises are 'Toe Taps', 'Plank' and 'Burpees'.
Squats and glute bridges are the best exercises for rounding the hips, while Downward Dog to Plank and Crab Crawl are the best exercises for building arm muscles. These exercises can easily be done at any time on an exercise mat at home.
