After the rain, the strong sun and the dust in the air affect the skin a lot.

Similarly, eating simple, light and easily digestible food also protects us from skin diseases.  Bathing in the morning and evening, trying to avoid sweating, and staying away from dust is the best way to prevent rain problems.
