What occurred when you watch too much Television - Health-Teachers

Television is a very important and useful invention. It is the best source for us to get domestic and foreign information and general knowledge. Today, every second home has a television. The advent of cable networks has greatly increased the tendency to watch television. In general, TV is very useful if used positively.

On TV, we can watch all kinds of programs through satellite, including sports, entertainment programs, songs, movies, news, politics, information, and educational programs, so we can enjoy watching all kinds of programs. On the one hand, there are many benefits to watching TV, on the other hand, there are many disadvantages to watching more television.

As well as affecting vision, it also leads to moral depravity. A recent medical study in Denmark found that spending too much time in front of the television can lead to infertility in men.

According to research from the University of Copenhagen, spending more than 5 hours a day in front of the TV increases the risk of infertility in men by more than a third. The study examined the effects of a sedentary lifestyle on the body of 1,200 healthy young people.

The results showed that as a result of this habit, the sperm count in men decreases significantly. Researchers believe that people who watch more TV do not avoid exercise or eat a healthy diet, which is very important.

It should be noted that there have been several medical research reports regarding increased infertility in men, which have been attributed to high-fat diets.

But the new research suggests that the biggest reason is men's cheapness and love for TV. The study was published in the medical journal American Journal of Opioids. Earlier last month, research from Osaka University in Japan found that spending 5 hours or more a day in front of a TV increased the risk of dying from a blood clot in the lungs by two and a half times.

In the lungs, blood travels to other parts of the body, where it gets trapped in small arteries, causing the heart to stop working. The study looked at the daily routines of 86,000 adults.
