Millions of people worldwide take supplements and pills for vitamin D. Now research has found that if they are born with milk or water instead of juice and other drinks, they are better absorbed in the body and have more benefits.

They fed 200 grams of vitamin D3 and different items to 30 women aged 60 to 80. They were given 500 ml of plain water, juice, juice with vitamin D, and 500 ml of water (without vitamin D as a placebo).

Immediately, at 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours, vitamin D penetration was observed in blood samples. This research was continued for several days.

The study found that those who took vitamin D tablets with water and milk had better absorption of the vitamin, which was also confirmed by a blood test. Therefore, it is better to take vitamin D with water or milk.
